Rahat Fateh Ali Khan's Haal-e-dil, Naina thag lenge and Dil to are on the show agenda.

Vishal Bhardwaj and Sanjay Leela Bansali were guests of honor on the October 21 and 22 episodes of Saregamapa 2010.

Highlights of Oct 21 Vishal Bhardwaj episode

Kamal Khan's Naina Thag Lenge, 'Omkara': Picturized on Kareena Kapoor in Omkara, the Vishal Bhardwaj directed adaptation of Shakespeare's Othello also stars Ajay Devgan, Saif Ali Khan and Vivek Oberoi. The movie was critically acclaimed upon release.

It appeared that the focus was on Rahat Fateh Ali Khan's work this week. The slow Haal e dil, and Dil to from Ishqiya were also in the potlight. However, Fareed Hassan made a mess of the latter, and he was the contestant eliminated at the end of the episode.

Ranjeet Rajwada's Chupke Chupke, Original by Ghulam Ali

Ranjeet continued his ghazal exposition accompanied by his harmonium. Chupke Chupke is regarded as Ghulam Ali's most popular ghazal, and it was incorporated in BR Chopra's Nikaah. Although Ranjeet's youth and inexperience are evident, his song selection and ghazal revivals make him one of the show's most popular performers.

Sniti Mishra's Tere Bina Zindagi Mein Koi Shikwa

Sniti Mishra attempted an oldie, the classic LataMangeshkar- Kishore Kumar duet from the film Aandhi.

Highlights of Oct 22 Sanjay Leela Bansali episode

Sanjay Leela Bansali is a regular on the show, and this time he appeared to begin promotions of his upcoming Hrithik Aishwarya starrer Guzarish. Viewers were treated to a live performance of the title song, and a clip from the movie.

Kamal Khan started proceedings with the popular Jab se tere naina from Saawariya, but did not mesmerize. Nether did fellow contestant Khurram Iqbal with Yun shabnami from the same movie.

Bishakh Jyoti scored with Bawre from Luck by Chance.

Ali Sher attempted Tadap tadap from Hum Dil de chuke sanam, but fell short of expectations. Tadap tadap is a regular on all musical realtiy shows, although we are told that it is a particularly difficult one that had to be recorded overnight by original singer KK. Ranjeet Rajwada picked another winner in Aaj jaane ki zid na karo. He went on to garner the highest votes.

Sugandha proved her versatility with Mausam ki adla badli, and Abhliasha rendered Jashn e bahara with her usual ease. Sniti attempted another oldie, the classically based Laaga chunri mein daag.
